Job Description:

The potential candidate must have expertise in handling steel. The duty comprises employing Stick, flux core, and MIG welding techniques, constructing distinct types of steel (which includes aluminium, hot roll, cold roll, and more), welding at different angles (overhead, vertical, and horizontal), and implementing blueprints. Besides, it requires meticulous use of measuring tools such as tape measure, gauges, squares, and other gadgets to ensure accuracy.

Hard Skills

• Connecting/Erecting
• Knowledgeable in analyzing engineering blueprints
• Flux core welding is ideal for outdoor welding due to its ability to weld even in windy conditions
• Welding in positions other than flat or horizontal surfaces is known as out-of-position welding
• Measuring tools are also used in the food industry, such as weighing scales and thermometers, to ensure that ingredients are accurately measured and the food is cooked to the right temperature

Job Type:

This is a job with a four-month fixed term before transitioning into a permanent status.
