Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative at FASTSIGNS, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You’ll build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide signage and visual communication solutions that help businesses stand out. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers

• Proactively follow up with prospects and leads to grow business

• Identify customer needs and recommend sign and graphics solutions

• Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders

• Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specifications

• Maintain customer relationships through excellent service and ongoing communication

• Achieve individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable learning and presenting product knowledge

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

• Basic computer skills (CRM or POS system experience a plus)

• High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
