Job Description:

As a Inventory Control Supervisor, it is your duty to manage the staff of the warehouse to ensure that business objectives for specific departments are met regarding safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide counsel and support to hourly workers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.

Encouraging positive performance behaviors while discouraging negative ones is paramount.

One of the approaches we are taking to solve challenges in our area is to employ the Quality Network methodology and promote active involvement of our personnel to gather their input.

The WPO process can be a useful tool in restructuring workplaces for optimal functionality.

Carry out regular Timekeeping System (TKS) updates daily to guarantee the accuracy of payroll data processing.

Adhere to the prescribed A-3 reporting format to document all problem-solving efforts while following local guidelines to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

Host frequent gatherings to review business achievements and involve employees in the conversation.

Perform weekly inspections of various workspaces to ensure safe working conditions.

Scheduling your daily workload ahead of time can be very helpful.

Emphasize the importance of staying organized and prepared for each shift. Encourage your colleagues to create task lists, prioritize responsibilities, and plan ahead to prevent unexpected obstacles.

Follow the contractual obligations laid out by the national and local authorities.
