Compensation: Hourly, based on experience

Position Overview

The Kids Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their parents or guardians use the gym. This role requires energy, attentiveness, and a genuine love for working with kids.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor children in the designated Kids Zone area

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times

• Engage children in age-appropriate games, activities, and play

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding behavior, injuries, or concerns

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized play area

• Follow all safety and emergency procedures as outlined by the company

• Ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures for children

Qualifications

• Previous childcare or babysitting experience preferred

• Friendly, energetic, and patient personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be at least 18 years old

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

• Background check required
