Skilled in the ability to competently prepare, cook, and portion a broad range of food options for various meal services, such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.

The cooks who handle meal preparation in the hospital kitchen are able to effectively service a large number of patients - up to 30-32 per bed, across three meals served daily. This is achieved through the use of short order tickets for efficient and accurate meal processing

The cafeteria will have pre-packaged and ready-to-eat meal options.
