The Kitchen Helper will work closely with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen team members to prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning food items. The Kitchen Helper will also be responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as sanitizing work surfaces to maintain high hygiene standards. A successful Kitchen Helper should be able to follow instructions carefully, prioritize tasks, and ensure that all kitchen operations meet safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities of the Kitchen Helper include assisting with food preparation, restocking ingredients and supplies, unloading deliveries, and organizing storage areas. Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene practices.

Ability to follow directions and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
