Position Summary:

As a Lead Lube Technician, you'll be responsible for guiding the service team in delivering top-tier vehicle maintenance while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This leadership role requires a strong technical foundation, customer service skills, and the ability to train and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and preventative maintenance services

• Inspect vehicles and identify any mechanical concerns

• Lead and coach lube techs to meet performance and safety standards

• Ensure service procedures and customer interactions follow company guidelines

• Support onboarding and hands-on training for new technicians

• Manage service bay operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in automotive maintenance

• Leadership or team lead experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50+ lbs for extended periods

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation
