Job Summary of Licensed Substitute:

Provide classroom instruction and support by implementing lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher. Ensure a productive learning environment while following established classroom routines and school policies. This role offers an opportunity to gain teaching experience and contribute to student development.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Licensed Substitute:

• Implement and deliver lesson plans based on the guidelines provided by the absent teacher.
• Foster a secure and well-regulated classroom environment.
• Aid students in comprehending the material covered in their courses and finishing their assignments.
• Communicate incidents involving student harm, sickness, or serious behavioral issues to school leadership.
• Execute further tasks as tasked by school administrators.

Qualifications and Experience of Licensed Substitute:

• A minimum of 30 college credits and New Jersey Substitute Certification is required for non-certified applicants.
• It is necessary to possess a valid certification from New Jersey for Continuing Education (CE), Certified Educational Administration and Supervision (CEAS), or Standard Teacher Certification.
• Profound ability in English language proficiency, encompassing oral communication, reading comprehension, and written composition.

Salary:
