Overview

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support our Rental Division. In this role, you will drive company trucks to designated facility areas to unload soiled products, and then load clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks based on route requirements. Loader/Unloaders are also responsible for maintaining a clean work area and consistently meeting quantity and quality standards for loaded and unloaded products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to unloading areas for soiled products.

• Load clean uniforms, mats, and customer products onto trucks according to customer routes.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards for loading/unloading.

• Follow safety protocols and work practices.

Job Expectations & Eligibility Factors

Work Eligibility (prior to first day):

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Work Expectations:

• Adhere to attendance policies.

• Work in close proximity to others for extended periods.

• Perform in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with strict deadlines.

• Comfortable working in environments with hot/cold temperatures and exposure to elements.

• Willing to handle soiled or odorous materials using appropriate protective equipment.

Physical Qualifications (with or without accommodation):

• Standing for most of the shift.

• Frequent stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, and reaching.

• Physical activity including lifting/moving materials throughout the shift.
