Logistics Operations Manager

Job Description:

A position for Logistics Operations Manager is available, and we are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role.

Primary Function:

Real-time tracking of warehouse performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and warehouse productivity is imperative for operational success. The implementation of software tools, including WMS, can significantly ease the tracking and analysis of such metrics.

This position requires someone who can think strategically, lead effectively, and possess exceptional organizational skills to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.

One of the most critical aspects of maintaining safety and security procedures is creating and implementing a crisis management plan. Such a plan should include clear guidelines for responding to emergency situations and communicating important information to employees, customers, and other stakeholders.

Manage a team of up to 20 individuals to meet company standards.

Skills:

• Proficiency in WMS or ERP software
• Bilingual abilities for effective communication with diverse backgrounds
• Coordination of a team of 15-20 staff members to ensure successful project completion
• Hands-on management approach with minimal office time
• Flexibility to move around a large facility
