Job Description:

Logistics Supervisor are tasked with overseeing warehouse employees and ensuring that they meet the set targets for departments relating to productivity, quality, safety, and responsiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist hourly employees in resolving any needs or concerns they may have and offer support as needed.

In order to ensure complete precision in processing payroll information, make a habit of updating the Timekeeping System (TKS) daily.

Follow the local A-3 guidelines and reporting format to record and document all problem-solving activities in a systematic and efficient manner.

Keep a regular cadence of meetings to communicate business progress and obtain feedback from team members.

Document and monitor safety protocols across all departments on a routine basis.

Advance planning of your daily tasks is crucial.

Suggest that your colleagues establish a daily routine or checklist that they can follow at the start of each shift. This will help ensure that important tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Comply with the contractual stipulations specified by the national and local authorities.
