Responsibilities of Lot Service Associate:

• Help clients at a U-Haul outlet by offering support with U-Haul products and amenities on the premises and in the surrounding areas.
• Implement U-Scan technology via smartphones to streamline rental management tasks and monitor inventory levels.
• Transfer and secure U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean the machinery on the lot, which entails the task of monitoring and assessing fluid levels.
• Support customers in understanding the features and benefits of the available products and services.
• Produce invoices for rentals and handle the reception of rented equipment.
• Execute the mounting of hitches and wiring for trailers.
• Upon starting work at U-Haul, individuals can receive certification for propane refilling
• Achieve the required credentials for driving a forklift, with certification provided by U-Haul upon employment
• Responsibilities beyond the regular scope

Qualifications of Lot Service Associate:

• The possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving history is required
