LPN - Night Shift

Job Overview:

MJHS is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time night shift position. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to residents in our long-term care facility, supporting their well-being under the direction of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, and/or RN.

MJHS Home Care provides advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients recovering from illness, injury or surgery. With a comprehensive range of services supported by an integrated health system, patients can recover in the familiar surroundings of their home.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents

• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes

• Assist with the development and implementation of care plans

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Promote a safe and supportive care environment

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program

• Current State LPN license

• Proven clinical and patient care skills

• Valid BCLS certification
