Lube Technician

Job Overview

As a Lube Technician, you'll be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, and reliable service. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with cars and want to build a career in the automotive industry. No prior experience is required—training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and replace filters

• Inspect and refill vehicle fluids

• Rotate tires, check pressure, and ensure proper alignment support

• Replace wiper blades, air filters, and other minor parts

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report issues to management

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
