Job Description:

Implement efficient strategies for handling both incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
Making sure that mail is correctly and promptly distributed across the establishment.
As an assistant, one of your duties is to receive, record, and categorize all the incoming post and packages.
Ensuring that mail is sent to the proper people or sectors.
Before shipping, checking the weight and size of packages is imperative so that the appropriate postage can be affixed.
Operating mailroom equipment.
Documenting all mail-related activities.
Resolving mail-related issues.
Implementing effective inventory management techniques to streamline office supply management.
The maintenance of cleanliness and organization in the mailroom area is necessary for a professional appearance of the company.
Supplementary Abilities & Traits

Competency in Word and Excel programs.
Years of experience have resulted in the ability to efficiently oversee both outgoing and incoming mail processes.

The work schedule for the first shift is Monday to Friday from 8 o'clock in the morning till 5 in the evening
