Employ organized and efficient techniques to manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages seamlessly.
Guaranteeing that all mail is delivered accurately and in a timely manner throughout the institution.
Your role requires you to collect, register, and sort the mail and packages that come in.
Transporting mail to the correct individuals or divisions.
Correctly addressing packages with the right amount of postage is important to make sure they reach the intended recipient.
Operating mailroom equipment.
Maintaining comprehensive records of all postal activities.
Resolving mail-related issues.
Keeping the office supply inventory in check by regularly monitoring and updating it.
It is imperative to uphold the cleanliness and organization of the mailroom area for the safety and well-being of the employees.
Relevant Industry Knowledge & Trends
Multilingual communication with a focus on Spanish proficiency
Aptitude in utilizing computer skills especially in Word and Excel.
Proficiency in both outgoing and incoming mail management has been honed over the years.

Monday to Friday, the first shift starts at 8AM and lasts until 5PM in the evening
