We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The Maintenance Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring that machinery, equipment, and facility systems operate efficiently and safely. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. In this role, the Maintenance Mechanic will handle tasks such as replacing faulty parts, adjusting machinery, lubricating equipment, and performing general facility maintenance. A successful Maintenance Mechanic must be able to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints while using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Mechanic include maintaining production machinery, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical problems, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Maintenance Mechanic will also be responsible for documenting all repairs, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members. In addition, the Maintenance Mechanic will help plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to avoid unexpected breakdowns.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Proven experience working as a Maintenance Mechanic or in a similar mechanical maintenance role.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding repair tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance or mechanics preferred.
