Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring our car wash equipment, mechanical systems, and facilities operate safely and efficiently. This role involves hands-on work, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. It’s ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys problem-solving and working in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on car wash machinery and facility systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment

• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they cause downtime

• Respond quickly to service calls and emergency breakdowns

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports

• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades as needed

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and protocols

• Communicate effectively with site managers and team leads regarding issues and timelines

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in equipment maintenance, facilities repair, or a similar technical role

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment specifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Must be 18 years or older
