As a Management Trainee, you will gain exposure to multiple business areas, including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, while working closely with experienced managers. Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through various departments to gain insight from a leadership perspective.

• Participate in outside sales activities to promote products and build customer relationships.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues quickly.

• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business and operational decisions.

• Collaborate with leaders on projects that enhance sales management and operational efficiency.

• Participate in professional development programs, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree (completed or obtained within six months).

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including:

  • Active driver's license

  • Minimum 21 years of age

  • DOT medical certification

  • Documentation of previous employment

Preferred

• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administration.

• Academic major in Business or related field.

• Leadership/management experience through campus or extracurricular activities.

• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
