Compensation: Hourly Base + Bonuses (Potential to earn $40,000–$55,000 annually)

Position Summary

The Manager In Training (MIT) program is designed for energetic and ambitious individuals who are eager to develop their leadership skills and grow into future management roles. As an MIT, you will be exposed to all areas of club operations—from sales and customer service to fitness, maintenance, and leadership—preparing you to take on a Club Manager or department lead role within Crunch.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with all day-to-day operations of the club

• Shadow and support the General Manager and department heads

• Help manage and train front desk, sales, and fitness teams

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve member concerns professionally

• Assist with sales, membership retention, and prospect outreach

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee performance coaching

• Help maintain cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards across the facility

• Learn how to manage budgets, payroll, and inventory

• Lead by example and help cultivate Crunch’s high-energy, inclusive culture

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or fitness preferred

• Leadership potential and a strong desire to grow professionally

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
