Position Summary

The Manager plays a vital leadership role in supporting day-to-day operations, team performance, and member satisfaction. This position ensures high standards across all departments—sales, customer service, facility cleanliness, and staff engagement—while helping the club meet and exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain club standards

• Support sales strategies to meet membership and revenue goals

• Monitor daily operations including scheduling, floor management, and front desk coordination

• Handle member issues and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset

• Assist with financial tasks like budgeting, inventory management, and payroll tracking

• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and cleanliness protocols

• Promote a high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere that reflects Crunch’s brand values

• Collaborate with department leads to drive performance in personal training, group fitness, and member retention

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in fitness, retail, or customer service environments

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance

• Comfortable using POS systems, basic Excel, and other club software

• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
