Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Qualifications:

• Cleaning of raw materials and finished parts is carried out through the application of cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths, including Isopropyl Alcohol and water
• In electronic engineering, Cover Leads, Potting, Conformal Coating, and Under Cover with Patches or Doghouse are techniques used for safeguarding electronic components
• Electrical circuits that employ string heaters and copper crimps are well-equipped to withstand high loads and extreme temperatures
• For some individuals, earning a GED may be a better option than obtaining a high school diploma due to specific circumstances such as work or family responsibilities
• Basic math knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Execute multiple fabrication methods to change raw elements into final items
• Adhering to the guidance of the call leader and AME Manager is critical to the overall success of the operation
• Reading and Comprehending Customer Prints and Birk Specifications
• Using efficient and effective manufacturing techniques and strategies are paramount in producing high-quality products, from the prototype phase until manufacturing's final stages
• Embracing learning-based competencies can enable you to become partially self-sufficient and tackle complex tasks with limited direction
• Working with limited assistance means that you have to be self-reliant. You must be able to work independently and have the ability to troubleshoot issues when they arise
• When reading written instructions for a task with Bluebird, it is important to take note of all the details and ensure you fully understand each step before proceeding
• Verify that the quantity and appropriate items of raw materials are present in the kit
• Utilize trimming and inspection techniques to ensure that the finished product is free from defects or errors.
• Making sure that parts are correctly identified and labeled is essential for streamlining the production process and reducing wastage
• Facilitate coordination and teamwork among all internal departments, spanning from the initial panel up to the final stages of production
• Follow the approved guidelines and protocols to ensure optimal workplace safety
• A top-quality heater will operate silently and efficiently, while a poorly designed heater may be excessively noisy, require frequent maintenance, and consume too much power
