Qualifications:

• The cleansing of raw materials and finished parts necessitates the use of air hoses, cloths, and cleaning solutions, such as Isopropyl Alcohol and water
• Cover Leads, Potting, Conformal Coating, and Under Cover with Patches or Doghouse are the methods used to safeguard electronic components from the dangers of the environment
• Using string heaters and copper crimps in electrical circuits is crucial in preventing electric shock, overheating, and other hazards
• Earning a GED can provide individuals with the same level of education as a high school diploma, allowing them to compete equally for job positions
• Basic math knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a broad range of manufacturing techniques to transform raw inputs into final output
• Following the direction of the call leader and AME Manager is vital in maintaining a cohesive team environment and achieving desired results
• Guidelines for Understanding Birk Specifications and Customer Blueprints
• Employing the most appropriate and convenient modern manufacturing practices is crucial to ensure the successful development of high-quality products from the prototype stage through to production
• Developing competencies based on learning can allow you to become somewhat independent and perform complicated tasks with little direction
• Building products with limited assistance also requires you to be detail-oriented and meticulous. Any errors or oversights during the construction process can result in a flawed end product
• When deciphering written instructions for Bluebird, it is essential to pay attention to key phrases and words, particularly those that indicate importance or specific actions
• Authenticate that the kit has the right quantity and correct type of raw materials
• Master the skills required to strip, cut and laminate materials during the construction process, to create the desired product.
• Maintaining accurate identification and labeling of parts in the production line ensures that final products meet quality requirements and customer expectations
• Encourage cross-departmental collaboration throughout the entirety of the production process, beginning from the lowermost level of the panel and ending at its ultimate completion
• Abide by all prescribed safety policies and regulations that have been put in place by the organization
• The difference between good and bad wire wound panels can also determine the lifespan of the panel and the overall safety of the electrical load it powers
