Manufacturing Fabricator

Job Description:

We're a top-of-the-line precision machine shop, offering services such as milling, grinding, and high-quality turning. Our list of customers is extensive, and we supply parts to major Aerospace corporations. We pride ourselves on providing parts both as a sub-tier supplier and directly to Defense branches. We have an opening for a dedicated Fabricator / Press Brake Operator to join our 1st shift team. It's important to note that welding is not part of the duties of this position, and all welding tasks are contracted out.

A press brake operator/fabricator specializes in converting various materials such as stainless steel or aluminum into precision parts through the use of a press brake machine

Skills:

• Two years of experience in the industry of sheet metal fabrication, including advanced techniques and applications
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate production and high-quality results
• Competence in reading blueprints and schematics is a valuable proficiency to possess
• If selected, the individual will be hired on a Contract-to-Hire basis for six months.
• This position is exclusively available for working at the Indianapolis, Indiana site.

Work Environment:

A climate-controlled warehouse job is available on the first shift. The work schedule consists of Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and Fridays from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm. Optional overtime is available on Saturdays
