Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist

Qualifications:

• For the purpose of cleaning raw materials and finished parts, one can rely on cleaning agents such as Isopropyl Alcohol, water, and air hoses, along with cloths
• One of the most critical aspects of electronic design is the protection of the circuits, such as Cover Leads, Potting, Conformal Coating, and Under Cover with Patches or Doghouse

Responsibilities:

• Use varied manufacturing processes to turn raw materials into finished products
• The directions given by the call leader and AME Manager should be carefully followed to ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently

• Implementing industry-leading practices in the production process is crucial to creating top-notch products from the prototype phase to the final stages of production
• Acquiring competencies through learning can empower you to work independently and complete difficult tasks with minimal guidance
• Building products with limited assistance is a chance to showcase your skills and ingenuity. It requires you to be resourceful and creative in finding solutions to problems that arise
• Grasp the Details in Written Instructions for Bluebird
• Check the kit to ensure that it holds the accurate amount and proper type of ingredients
• Perform the necessary punch and potting techniques required in the build process to ensure the final product meets quality and design standards.
• Consistent identification and labeling of components is crucial to keeping track of inventory and minimizing errors in production
• Foster intra-departmental cooperation all through the manufacturing process, commencing from the rudimentary phases of the panel to eventual completion
• Respect and give due importance to all safety guidelines and instructions that have been issued by the company
• The difference between a good and bad wire wound panel lies in the quality of materials and construction. A good wire wound panel is made of high-quality materials and designed to handle heavy loads without breaking down, while a bad wire wound panel may result in power surges or electrical fires
