Mat Roller

Overview

Cintas is seeking a reliable Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. This role is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely processing them using a rolling machine, and preparing mats for delivery. Production Associates are expected to meet or exceed established standards for both quantity and quality of work, maintaining a clean and safe work area.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect cleaned floor mats to ensure quality standards are met.

• Safely operate a mat rolling machine for processing mats.

• Sort and place rolled mats in designated staging areas for customer delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.

• Meet or exceed production and quality standards.

• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Willingness to adhere to attendance policy and work closely with others.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for most of the shift.

• Performing repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.

• Lifting and moving materials for most of the shift.
