Material Handling Operator

Job Description:

We want a skilled Material Handling Operator to join our team. As part of your job, you will be responsible for the assembly and building of structural forms, such as crane parts, jib cranes, cranes, and other structures. Electrical assembly and wiring of industrial equipment is also one of your essential functions. You will be required to wire brand new cranes during the fabrication process, put together 3-phase and Single-phase electric hoists, and configure pneumatic hoists. Moreover, you should assemble and wire control boxes, work with PLC's, and troubleshoot. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include the assembly and testing of electric and pneumatic chain hoists, electric wire rope hoists, and push/geared/motorized trolleys tailored to the customer's needs. You will also be responsible for the assembly and testing of crane system electrical components, which involve bridge control boxes, crane wiring, end truck motors, and assemblies. Finally, you will have to work with various handheld pneumatic and electric power tools such as drills, drivers, riveters, impact wrenches, nut runners, saws, and grinders.

Job Type

The advertised job is suitable for individuals who are willing to take on a temporary role for six months and potentially convert to a permanent position.
