Assist and mentor hourly employees in addressing their needs and concerns while providing guidance.

Providing feedback that emphasizes positive performance behaviors and discourages negative ones can improve workplace morale and productivity.

Using the Workplace Organization (WPO) process can decrease unnecessary movement within the workplace.

Updated Timekeeping System (TKS) on a daily basis is the key to guarantee accuracy in processing payroll data.

To ensure successful problem-solving outcomes, it is important to utilize the A-3 reporting format and follow the local guidelines for reporting and documentation.

Hold routine meetings to report on business results and foster open communication among employees.

Schedule regular safety inspections to identify and address any potential hazards.

Planning out your workload ahead of time is key to success.

Encourage open and honest communication between colleagues, regardless of rank or position. This will foster a culture of trust and respect that will help colleagues work together more effectively.
