Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable Medical Device Assembler to join our team. This position involves cross-training in several areas, such as press brake, CNC laser, CNC mill, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring assembly, deburring, spot welding, and more. You will handle small parts weighing not more than 30lbs, test their functions, meet production goals, and earn a wage of $15-17/hour with the potential to earn an additional $3/hour attendance incentive.
Responsibilites:
- The assemblers will be using an array of mechanical devices and manual instruments to collaborate on circuit boards and other sub-assemblies that serve a critical function in various industries.
- A handyman's toolkit is incomplete without screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches, which are categorized as hand tools.
- The employment of production machinery will enable the printing of solder paste and smaller pieces.
- Accessing instructions through computers, candidates will complete assembly tasks while adhering to the set standards of quality.
- It is necessary to be able to log into numerous programs concurrently to access the accurate instructions.
- The factory is equipped with LED lights, which are installed uniformly in all areas, ensuring clean and well-illuminated working spaces:
- Providing excellent customer service is crucial in production as it helps maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
- Experience in Assembly work of a year or longer is desirable
- Experience Level:Entry Level
