Position Summary

The Member Service Representative (MSR) is the first point of contact for members and guests. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining a positive and energetic attitude, and creating a welcoming club environment. MSRs play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and an excellent member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests warmly and professionally

• Assist with check-ins, membership questions, and account updates

• Promote club offerings, services, and retail items

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby areas

• Handle member concerns and escalate issues as needed

• Answer phones and respond to member inquiries

• Monitor check-in system and follow all security and guest policies

• Support club events, marketing efforts, and lead follow-up as needed

• Foster a friendly, team-oriented environment focused on member satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn club management software

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
