Position Summary

The Membership Advisor is responsible for generating new leads, building relationships, and helping prospective members find the right fitness solutions to meet their goals. This role plays a critical part in driving club growth and providing an exceptional first impression of Crunch.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales through in-club prospecting, lead follow-up, and outreach

• Conduct tours of the facility, showcasing amenities, programs, and services

• Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their goals and recommend appropriate membership options

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals

• Participate in community outreach and promotional events

• Maintain accurate records using club systems and complete all required paperwork

• Assist in front desk operations and provide outstanding customer service

• Stay up to date on club offerings, promotions, and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Previous sales, customer service, or fitness industry experience a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Basic computer proficiency
