Join our dynamic manufacturing team where you will utilize your welding skills to contribute to the production of large-scale HVAC units and housings. This role demands a mechanical aptitude and a team-player mindset, working predominantly with MIG welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on sheet metal, galvanized steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Collaborate effectively with the manufacturing team.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Utilize various hand tools for fabrication processes.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience.
• Proficiency in TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to weld stainless steel.
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in fabrication processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred experience with TIG welding.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successfully pass a non-destructive weld test.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The position requires wearing steel-toed shoes and pants. Experience a supportive and collaborative workplace focused on quality and innovation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
