Join our team as a MIG Welder, where you will play a crucial role in the production of workout and gym equipment. You will primarily be responsible for welding frames, holders, and racks using a .035 wire feed, ensuring all welds are accurately placed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of workout and gym equipment.
• Perform MIG welding on frames, holders, and racks.
• Utilize .035 wire feed for welding tasks.
• Interpret blueprints to determine where welds need to be applied.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Experience with wire feed welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of fabrication and TIG welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in fitting and fabrication.

Work Environment

Our work environment includes a first shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm, with optional work on Friday and Saturday. A second shift is also available from Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm to 4:00am. Join us in a structured setting focused on productivity and craftsmanship.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
