Office Administration intern

About the Role

Cintas is seeking an Intern to join a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of our business and the professional services industry. This program exposes interns to multiple departments, combining hands-on training with cross-functional interaction to develop leadership, organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles
• Academic major in Business or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and internet/intranet systems
• Leadership or management experience in campus or extracurricular activities
• Availability to start within two weeks of offer acceptance

Compensation & Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the base hourly rate for this role ranges from $16.50 – $22.28, depending on factors such as skills, experience, training, and business needs. Most hires will not start at or near the top of the range.
