Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Assistant Shop Managers. In this role, you will support daily shop operations, lead crew members, and ensure our customers leave satisfied every time. No automotive experience? No problem—we provide paid, hands-on training to get you up to speed!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier customer service and handle payment processing

• Run daily operations in the Shop Manager’s absence

• Supervise the shop floor and guide team members to meet service standards

• Open and close the shop and assist with inventory management

• Train new team members the “Take 5 way”

• Perform oil changes and other light maintenance services

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the shop and office areas

Qualifications:

• No prior automotive experience required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable maneuvering in and out of a shallow pit

• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and twist for long periods

• Able to work in all weather conditions

• Reliable transportation

• Must be 18 years or older
