Position Summary:

The Oil Change Shop Manager leads and oversees all daily operations of the shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. Qualifications:

• Previous management or supervisory experience in automotive service or related field preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of oil change and light vehicle maintenance procedures

• Ability to manage inventory and shop finances

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
