Qualification of Operations Manager Trainee:

• Handling the employment, instruction, and management of Store Supervisors
• Executing merchandising initiatives, overseeing cash flow and stock management, incentivizing and building a strong team spirit, and encouraging exceptional customer support
• Concentration on effectively managing profit and loss by strategizing budget allocation, optimizing sales strategies, and monitoring expenditure control.
• Defining performance metrics and goals and tracking progress with senior management
• To be eligible for this position, candidates must either hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related discipline or possess five years of experience overseeing district or regional operations in a retail, commercial, or sizable single commercial store with multiple managers and a workforce of 100 individuals.
• Relocation flexibility post-training
• It is necessary to have an authentic driver's license from the state of residency and uphold automobile liability insurance throughout employment
• The skill to juggle various tasks, being motivated from within, engaging in repetitive bending, standing, and reaching tasks, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds in weight.
