Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in operations, logistics, or related field.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a focus on team development.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operational systems/tools.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
