Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

Operations Supervisor primary role is to supervise warehouse personnel and help achieve business goals for assigned departments by focusing on safety, productivity, quality, and responsiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

Help hourly staff members with their concerns and provide guidance as necessary.

Focusing on positive performance behaviors and correcting negative ones can lead to a more successful and productive workplace.

We aim to use the Quality Network procedure to address any forthcoming challenges in the area, while also seeking input from our personnel to stay informed and engaged.

The WPO process provides a structured approach for enhancing workspaces to achieve maximum efficiency.

Accurate and precise payroll data processing can be ensured through the regular updating of the Timekeeping System (TKS) on a daily basis.

The A-3 reporting format should be used to document all problem-solving activities while observing the local guidelines to ensure consistency and quality reports.

Establish daily meetings to convey business metrics and promote communication with employees.

Conduct consistent tours to observe and address any potential safety hazards.

Mapping out your day's work in advance is crucial for success.

Foster a culture of accountability by encouraging your colleagues to take ownership of their responsibilities and to hold each other accountable for meeting expectations. This will help drive a collective commitment to success.
