As an Operations Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll support store performance by handling food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational tasks to maintain smooth restaurant performance

• Prepare and serve sandwiches to brand standards with speed and accuracy

• Provide friendly, world-class service to every guest, in person and over the phone

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

• Assist with inventory management, product rotation, and restocking

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and security procedures

• Support team members and contribute to a positive, energetic workplace

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach during shifts

• Able to lift 30–40 lbs regularly

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
