Packaging Assembly Operator

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Packaging Assembly Operators to join our team. The role involves extensive cross-training in various areas, including press brake, CNC laser, CNC mill, electrical wiring assembly, deburring, mechanical assembly, spot welding, etc. You will work with small parts not exceeding 30lbs, test their functions, and meet production goals while earning a wage of $15-17/hour.

Responsibilites:

• The prospective employees will be responsible for working with a range of hand tools and equipment to construct circuit boards and related sub-assemblies that are essential components in various industries.

• When talking about hand tools, screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches cannot be left out.
• The printing of solder paste and minuscule parts will be carried out using production machinery.
• The candidates are responsible for ensuring that their work is of high quality and meets the required standards, as they progress in the assembly process.
• To obtain the correct instructions, one must possess the proficiency of logging into several programs at once.
• The workspace in every department is kept organized and tidy for optimal work efficiency:
• Hand tools are essential in production as they allow workers to perform tasks manually

Qualifications:

• If an applicant has 1-2 years of soldering knowledge, it can result in a more lucrative starting pay
• Experience Level:Entry Level
