Part-Time RN Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for assigned residents.

• Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff as needed to maintain high standards of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update resident care plans.

• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.

• Uphold facility policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in long-term care.

Part-Time RN Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate’s or Diploma required; BSN preferred).

• Current New York State RN license in good standing.

• Valid BCLS certification.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
