Position Summary

As a Part-Time Stock Associate, you support store operations by ensuring merchandise is organized, accurately stocked, and ready for guests. You play a key role in maintaining inventory, visual standards, and a guest-ready environment, helping the sales team deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately.

• Stock shelves, racks, and displays on the salesfloor and in the stockroom according to company standards.

• Assist with seasonal resets, merchandise moves, and Floorset updates.

• Support the sales team by replenishing merchandise as needed.

• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and asset protection standards.

• Collaborate with team members to support smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise as needed.

• Team-oriented and willing to assist across multiple areas of the store.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior retail, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
