Role and Responsibilities:

As aPersonal Shopper

• Accurately fulfill online customer orders by selecting, scanning, and packaging products.
• Ensure product freshness, quality, and correct substitutions when needed.
• Deliver orders to customers with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the designated Personal Shopper area.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and product availability.
• Support front end operations as needed and assist with customer inquiries.
• Follow company policies, food safety standards, and workplace safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of grocery products and departments.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform job functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, grocery, or online order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with handheld devices or order-picking technology.
