Job Description:

The suitable candidate must have the ability to deal with steel. The role encompasses managing Stick, flux core, and MIG welding procedures, fabricating distinct types of steel (for instance, aluminium, hot roll, cold roll, etc.), welding from various angles (overhead, vertical, & horizontal), and utilizing blueprints. Additionally, it mandates the precise use of measuring instruments, including tape measure, gauges, squares, and other measuring tools to ensure precision.

Hard Skills

• Connecting/Erecting
• Adept in understanding mechanical drawings
• MIG welding is known for its high welding speed and low waste, making it ideal for production welding
• Out-of-position welding is a complex process that requires precision and attention to detail to achieve optimal results
• Accurate measurements are also crucial in the design and production of electronic products, such as microchips and circuit boards, where even the smallest deviation can cause significant damage

Job Type:

The employment opportunity is for a specified time period of four months, post which the candidate is eligible for the direct hiring process.

Work Environment:

The available role will be based in a small, custom fabrication and welding workshop that caters to individual customer needs.
