Plumbing Installer

Job Description:

Plumbers, if you're looking for a fantastic opportunity, then consider joining our team! We're passionate about new construction and take pride in working on multi-family projects and high-rises. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing plumbing systems for newly constructed high-rises. We urgently need plumbers in South Vancouver and UBC as we're currently working on a three-tower project. Please be aware that the project is in the structure stage of pouring decks, and we expect our presence to continue until June 2025. Our location provides excellent transit accessibility, but we don't have on-site parking. Occasionally, overtime might be required.

Responsibilites:

• Make alterations to create space for installation.
• Abiding by pre-existing designs and sketches for toilets, culinary areas and laundry centers
• The installation of Pex pipes is preferred for their flexibility, which allows them to expand and contract without cracking or breaking
• When working in tight spots or on ladders, taking safety measures is critical
• The successful installation of drainage systems involves precise cutting, proper measuring, and secure hanging to prevent any potential leaks
• Ensuring your kitchen and bathroom installation runs smoothly entails coordinating and roughing-in the plumbing lines, ventilation, and electrical systems effectively
• Various materials can be used for the installation, including fiberglass, acrylic, and ceramic
