Plumbing Service Technician

Job Description:

If you're a plumber looking for a fulfilling role, then look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team where you'll be working on multi-family projects and high-rises. In this position, you'll install plumbing systems for new constructions high-rises. Currently, we need plumbers in South Vancouver and UBC for a project of three towers, which is underway. Please keep in mind that the project is in the structure stage of pouring decks and is expected to continue until June 2025. Our location is transit-friendly, and overtime may be required at times.

Responsibilites:

• Carve out indentations and grooves to make room for installation.
• Adhering to specified plans and layouts for shower spaces, cooking units and washing zones
• In any construction project, installing cast iron, Pex, and PVC pipes must be done correctly to ensure water supply and drainage are fully functional and efficient
• Operating in narrow spaces and working at height require specialized skills
• Proper drainage installation involves precise cutting, measuring, and hanging techniques to guarantee efficient functioning
• Laying down the groundwork for your bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities involve the roughing-in process, which includes connecting pipes and drainage systems
• Many people choose to undertake the task of installing tubs and showers themselves, rather than hiring a professional
