Pneumatic Assembler

Job Description:

We are in need of a talented Pneumatic Assembler to become a part of our team. One of your key functions will be to assemble and construct structural forms such as crane components, jib cranes, cranes, and other structures. Electrical assembly and wiring of industrial equipment is another aspect of your job. You will be required to wire new cranes during fabrication, assemble 3-phase and Single-phase electric hoists, and configure pneumatic hoists. In addition, you will assemble and wire control boxes, work with PLC's, and troubleshoot issues. Your expertise arrives to the fore during the assembly and testing of electric and pneumatic chain hoists, electric wire rope hoists, and push/geared/motorized trolleys built to the customer's customized demand. In addition, you are responsible for assembling and testing crane system electrical components, including bridge control boxes, crane wiring, end truck motors, and assemblies. You will operate several handheld pneumatic and electric power tools, such as drills, drivers, riveters, impact wrenches, nut runners, saws, and grinders.

Hard Skills

• Those who have the ability to accurately interpret and read blueprints are highly sought after in the construction industry
• To avoid the risk of short circuiting, it is crucial to ensure proper isolation of cables and keeping different wiring types such as signal, power, and communication separate
• An Introduction to Variable Frequency Drives - VFD's
• Aptitude for conduit installation
• Professional Experience with 460/480V Electrical Systems

Job Type

The position advertised is a contract-to-permanent one, with a duration of six months.
