Job description

As a Quick Lube Technician, you will perform essential preventive maintenance services in a fast-paced automotive environment. This entry-level role focuses on oil changes, fluid checks, and basic vehicle inspections while ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services

• Inspect and top off fluids including coolant, transmission, and brake systems

• Check and adjust tire pressure, rotate tires when required

• Replace wiper blades, lights, and air filters

• Conduct safety checks and communicate findings to service advisors or management

• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous automotive or mechanical experience a plus (training provided)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Dependable transportation and strong work ethic
