As a Regional Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in expanding RepRally's footprint in your territory, cultivating relationships with independent retailers, and driving revenue growth by championing our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a regional territory plan to drive growth across independent retail accounts.

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new accounts, positioning RepRally as the go-to platform for consumer brands.

• Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to maximize sales opportunities and long-term partnerships.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to retailers, introducing them to new brands, catalog offerings, and incentive programs.

• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets by driving order volume through the RepRally platform.

• Partner with leadership to execute strategic account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.

• Collaborate with operations and support teams to resolve account issues quickly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Stay informed on market trends and emerging brands through RepRally’s training and brand sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development (consumer products or retail preferred).

• Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Comfortable with technology and mobile sales platforms (experience with CRM tools a plus).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence decision-makers.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
